Aerosol cans made from 100% PCR recycled aluminum
In a transparent processing concept, single-origin aluminum waste from the "yellow garbage can" is pressed at a metal recycler and processed by an aluminum processor into slugs for aluminum aerosol, thread, spice shaker or roll-on cans or tubes. The close proximity of the collection point, aluminum processor and can manufacturer (< 150 km) additionally supports the goal of sustainability for this circular economy. Due to the very high availability of the "secondary" raw material, the use of "primary" aluminum can be completely dispensed with. There are no restrictions for the manufacturing process of cold extrusion, as no adjustments are required for the subsequent process steps of internal, external and overpainting, shaping and printing.
