Mobile Kanban shelf
Load capacity up to 1,000 kilograms
The new mobile Kanban rack from Reyher helps to increase productivity at assembly workstations. Thanks to its stable structure with a load capacity of up to one tonne, the rack is suitable for storing many materials on a small footprint.
The shelving structure consists of a shelf rack riveted at the ends with solid sheet metal in plug-in assembly. With a total of eight levels including a storage level for empties, the shelving offers up to 42 container storage locations for Kanban containers of type ROM | LTB with a two-container system. To prevent the front containers from falling out when new containers are inserted at the rear, the shelves are equipped with a push-through protection.
Four robust castors on the base frame allow the shelf to be maneuvered in the tightest of spaces. A locking function prevents it from moving unintentionally and ensures a stable stand. The container can be converted from a closed transport container into an open open-fronted storage container in a single movement using a sliding mechanism. This makes it easy to remove the material from the ROM | LTB container on the shelf.
