The new BradyPrinter A5500 flag print applicator prints and applies flag labels automatically.
The BradyPrinter A5500 helps increase production output and labeling quality by automatically printing and applying flag labels. It can label cables in 5 seconds, eliminating the need to pre-print and laboriously apply labels by hand. The Brady flag print applicator supports 300 dpi print quality for barcodes, logos and diagrams and applies reliable cable flags that can include a lot of information.
The print applicator is flexible and can mark cables with a diameter of 1.52 mm to 15.24 mm and apply labels with a width of up to 50.8 mm and a length of between 19.05 mm and 76.20 mm without adjustment. The color touch screen and modern user interface add to the flexibility and ease of use.
Thanks to its USB ports and Ethernet connection, the BradyPrinter A5500 can be integrated into a variety of production environments. In combination with the Brady workstation apps for easy flag label design, barcode creation and serialization, the printer is designed to increase the efficiency of operational processes.
