Expansion of the lean production toolkit
The lean production system kit from Item contains components for fast and sophisticated production equipment construction.
In gravity-driven processes (Karakuri applications), item roller conveyors are often used in combination with flaps and lifts to move goods and merchandise. With the "D30-110 15 adjustable" shock absorber, movements can be gently slowed down. Components are protected and the loads on frames and racks are reduced. The damping hardness can be adjusted with a screwdriver. The maximum damping stroke is 15 mm. The D9, 5-120x30 rotary latch lock provides a hold for flaps and lifts. An integrated lever ensures precise unlocking even under load. The lock can be locked again with little effort. It is operated using Bowden cable components or a cable pull.
