Wiltsche: ExpressLoader for fast loading and unloading
Fast loading and unloading of trucks and sprinters is becoming increasingly important against the backdrop of rising parcel volumes. This is why Wiltsche has a new ExpressLoader in its range.
With a width of 600 millimetres and a length of 5.135 meters (retracted) to 15 meters (total length extended), the inclined telescopic roller conveyor adapts to the space available in the warehouse. It has a load capacity of 50 kilograms per running meter.
With its adjustable height of 1.04 to 1.39 meters, the ExpressLoader is also suitable for loading and unloading with and without a ramp, emphasizes Baret Davidian, Managing Partner at Wiltsche: "The new inclined telescopic roller conveyor has been perfectly developed for the different requirements in warehouses. It can be inserted exactly where it is needed in just a few simple steps - and at the length and height required. It can then simply be pushed back into place and used at another location."
The ExpressLoader is also stable and resilient. It has steel outer profiles with a 60 by 30 millimeter reinforced powder-coated frame. The conveyor is equipped with galvanized steel rollers at the loading point with a diameter of 50 millimetres. The galvanized steel rollers with a diameter of 20 millimetres on the transfer areas are additionally reinforced and fitted with double rollers. The construction also stands on 200 millimeter swivel castors with brakes. On request, the ExpressLoader can be equipped with a brake plate or a fold-up end stop. as
