Universal tray
The container manufacturer Bekuplast presents a universal tray for holding different container sizes.
It offers maximum flexibility thanks to its mechanical design. Containers with basic dimensions of 200 x 150 millimetres, 300 x 200 millimetres, 400 x 300 millimetres and 600 x 400 millimetres can be freely positioned on the tray - even in the middle - and combined with each other. The manufacturer thus offers a self-positioning tray with maximum storage options. The various containers are held securely in place on the tray by movable stop elements in the form of a rocker. This simple yet effective mechanism is particularly durable thanks to its robust design.
The AKL-compatible tray with basic dimensions of 600 x 400 millimetres has a smooth base that can withstand loads of up to 50 kilograms. Special stacking beads also enable the trays to be stacked safely and accurately. The tray is available in two different versions, suitable for Euro standard containers and for KLTs. pb
