Pressing away cardboard boxes
The compact HSM HL 7009 MGB horizontal baling press with a pressing force of 700 kilograms is a waste disposal solution for industry. It is designed for emptying large waste containers filled with cardboard or film, which can hold one 1,100 liter or two 240 liter containers.
The baler is filled using an integrated hydraulic lift and tilt device. This means less manpower is required to compact the recyclables. Thanks to the large filling opening, even bulky cardboard packaging can be handled. With a cross-section of 1,100 x 1,100 millimetres and a bale length of around 1,200 millimetres, the bales weigh up to 600 kilograms. A hydraulic sliding door ensures ease of operation and operator safety when removing the bales. Thanks to the optimized bale dimensions and weights, the four horizontally strapped bales achieve optimum truck utilization. pb
