The Mega-Pack line from Walther Faltsysteme is an alternative to conventional metal mesh boxes when it comes to transporting heavy and bulky goods. This reusable solution is considerably lighter.
The robust folding ring made of polypropylene hollow-chamber panels, together with the variable interior of the plastic container, offers maximum safety for every load. If the containers are not loaded, their volume can be reduced by up to 80 percent; this ensures a favorable return flow. The folding ring is inserted into a nestable pallet and securely closed with a solid lid. The pallet and lid are fitted with a locking mechanism and do not require strapping. Before return transportation, the user separates the three components and folds the ring together. The supplier develops a suitable interior for every packaged good. The Mega-Pack boxes are available in more than 30 variants with a wide range of basic dimensions and heights; in addition to standard heights, individual special dimensions are also possible. pb
