With its new pallet shuttle system, Dambach aims to set standards in flexible and high-performance pallet storage. The Multiflex system consists of three coordinated modules: the Compact Shuttle, the Lift high-performance vertical conveyor and the Carrier.
Their interaction enables multi-deep, high-density storage and highly dynamic picking of different pallets. The Compact Shuttle is assigned to the storage channels by a carrier vehicle and can change levels flexibly. The scalable system is consistently designed for the harshest environmental conditions such as deep-freeze storage. The system can also be used in the most complex building geometries. Existing warehouses such as low-height forklift warehouses or existing buildings with different roof pitches can be made accessible by the pallet shuttle system. The company is responding to the demand for increasing energy efficiency with a new charging concept and high-performance capacitor storage. as
