New pallets for the chemical industry
Cabka IPS is entering the fall trade fair season with new products such as load carriers made from recycled plastic, pallets for the chemical industry and new multifunctional pallets.
Following versions 1.0 and 2.0 of the foldable large load carrier made from recycled household packaging waste, Cabka IPS is now working on CabCube 3.0. The special thing about it is that the new concept is to be understood as a platform on the basis of which various versions of the CabCube can be built.
There will be standard models in different dimensions for different market requirements. Features that differentiate the various models include the maximum filling weight, which varies between light, medium and heavy, specifications on the lid or variants of the base with modular feet or runners. A prototype of version 3.0 measuring 1,200 x 800 millimetres was shown for the first time at Fachpack.
New pallets for the chemical industry
In addition to the Eco P3 - in future with the new name Eco CP7 - Cabka now offers two further models from the chemical pallet range: The container-optimized Eco CP3 and Eco CP9 types. The models are particularly light, yet stable and impact-resistant. The CP3 is a three-skid pallet made from recycled polyolefin with dimensions of 1,140 x 1,140 millimetres in width, 150 millimetres in height and a weight of around 12.5 kilograms. The pallet is designed for a dynamic load of 1,400 kilograms.
With a weight of 14 kilograms, the CP9 is largely similar in design to the CP3, but it is a double-deck pallet, also made from recycled polyolefin. It is even more stable than the CP3 due to its five-skid design. Its design makes it particularly suitable for block stacking, as the support frame optimally distributes the weight to the load underneath.
The company also unveiled another new Cabka product at Packexpo in Las Vegas. The Nestrack, a multifunctional pallet that is both nestable and can be used in high-bay racking. as
