More attention for forklift drivers
Hyster Europe supports the attention of forklift truck drivers in industrial use with two new systems. From the fall, the dynamic pedestrian warning system and the reverse speed system for selected Hyster forklift trucks will be optionally available ex works.
The compact blue LEDs of the dynamic pedestrian warning system are suitable for forklift models with a load capacity of 1.5 to 5.5 tons and can be mounted on the front or rear of a counterbalance truck. They project a gradually flashing blue arrow pattern in a straight line onto the floor; it clearly indicates the direction from which the truck is approaching and the direction in which it is traveling. This makes it easy for pedestrians or other vehicles to recognize the position of the truck. The patent-pending sensor-based reverse speed system enables the driver to look in the direction of travel when reversing.
