Load carriers and containers. Various large load carriers also come from the specialist for plastic load carriers Cabka-IPS. These include containers, large-format pallet boxes and plastic pallets.
The Cabcube 2.0, for example, is a foldable large load carrier that suppliers can use to provide goods for production lines or warehouses. Thanks to its injection-molded production, the container is robust and durable. It is tailor-made for large-volume but lightweight parts that need to be delivered just in time. The Cabcube 2.0 consists of three parts: a pallet, a lid and a foldable ring. Thanks to the flat, completely closed surface of the pallet, a wide variety of goods can be neatly placed on it. Expensive floor inserts are completely eliminated.
Cabka-IPS has developed the universal pallet box in large format for the food industry, agriculture and waste management as well as for industrial production. It has a capacity of 1,400 liters. The container is made of impact-resistant, chemical-resistant and food-safe HDPE and is available with perforated or closed walls.
Cabka-IPS has developed the Eco-P3 pallet especially for the chemical industry. Thanks to its "wing design" - the deck extends beyond the runners and feet of the pallet - it offers an extra-large support surface and supports the optimal transportation of bags. This makes more transportation possible - even on smaller conveyor belts. The Retail E5.2 order picking pallet also improves material flow; the supplier emphasizes that it is a good alternative to conventional wooden pallets, especially in food distribution. Thanks to the pallet's nestability and low height, it takes up very little space when stored empty. pb
Cabka-IPS produces plastic pallets and boxes in Weira (Thuringia), leper and Herstal (Belgium), Valencia (Spain) and St. Louis, MO (USA). The company employs more than 600 people in Europe and North America. Cabka-IPS is represented with its products in more than 80 countries.
