Projects were honored in three categories that combine logistics and information processing and scored with a high degree of innovation, originality or acceleration effects. The system introduced by inconso at Schaeffler was particularly convincing with its process-optimized workflows in the internal logistics environment. The core of the system is an SAP-integrated solution developed by inconso for the optimized planning and control of internal material transports, which creates continuous process transparency in the picking and flexi field for both consumption and demand-driven material supply processes. The data obtained as part of seamless process support serves as the basis for standardized process monitoring, on which measures for process improvement in SAP can be based.

The AKJ Automotive working group presented the elogistics award for the 19th time. The awards were presented during the festive evening event by Mr. Jürgen Lenhof, Head of Department at the Saarland Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour, Energy and Transport, together with the members of the jury. kp
