Kuli at the Cemat
Efficient lifting at optimized heights
Kuli Hebezeuge has been an exhibitor at Cemat for more than 50 years. This year, the company will be exhibiting single and double rail trolleys with optimized heights as well as an electric wire rope hoist with a load capacity of 20 tonnes.
At Cemat, the specialist for hoists, manufacturer of crane systems, electric wire rope hoists, crane parts and access platforms will be presenting single and double rail trolleys with optimized overall heights and reduced hook and approach dimensions, which enable the construction of individual crane systems. Kuli will also be exhibiting an electric wire rope hoist with a load capacity of 20 tons and a high lifting speed from a current project, which will complete a gantry crane in a storage yard after the trade fair. This storage area, which belongs to the largest stainless steel open-die forge in Germany, will be equipped with two gantry cranes to increase productivity and efficiency.
The company's delivery and production range includes overhead travelling, gantry and suspension cranes - with a lifting capacity of one to 200 tonnes and spans of up to 50 meters, depending on the design - as well as the components required to build these crane systems.
Kuli has been manufacturing hoists since 1922 and supplies its products to more than 120 countries worldwide. The hoists from the Bergisches Land region are in use from the Allgäu to the Düsseldorf Kö and the Baltic Sea, as well as from Greenland to Dubai and the Antarctic. In addition to series products, the company also offers customized technical solutions. All core components of the crane systems are manufactured in the company's own factories in Remscheid. In addition to the steel construction, these include motors, planetary gears, rope drums and control systems. The required parts, such as motor shafts and even gears, also come from the company's own production facilities in Remscheid. as
