Emptying large waste containers
The compact horizontal baling press HSM HL 7009 MGB, with a pressing force of 700 kilonewtons, is designed for emptying large waste containers filled with cardboard or film with a capacity of 1 x 1,100 liters or 2 x 240 liters.
The baler is filled using an integrated hydraulic lift and tilt device. This means a significant reduction in personnel involvement when compacting the recyclable materials. Thanks to the large filling opening, even bulky cardboard packaging should not be a problem, promises HSM. With a cross-section of 1,100 x 1,100 millimetres and a bale length of 1,200 millimetres, the bales weigh up to 600 kilograms. A hydraulic sliding door ensures ease of operation and operator safety when removing bales. Thanks to the optimized bale dimensions and weights, the 4-fold horizontally strapped bales achieve optimum truck utilization. as
