Automated reach trucks and high lift trucks
Pallet warehouses are the ideal field of application for automated equipment such as the Linde R-Matic reach truck and the Linde L-Matic HD high lift truck. The new vehicles work in confined spaces and with high precision.
With a length of 2,520 mm and a width of 1,565 mm and a load capacity of 1.6 t, the R-Matic can maneuver in aisles up to 2.90 m wide. The software-controlled device stores pallets at heights of more than eleven meters with high precision. The vehicles are controlled using infrastructure-free laser navigation. They also have an auto-calibrating 3D camera.
The two L-Matic HD models with a load capacity of 1.6 and 2.0 t also have safety equipment with side bumpers all around the vehicle. Load detection is also carried out using the 3D camera. Reach trucks and high lift trucks are designed as a hybrid solution so that the operator can take control at all times.
