Aiming high and hygienically clean

Hygiene in production, efficient utilization of the production area and high overall system effectiveness: Flexlink presents its latest automation solutions at Fachpack.

One of the biggest challenges in production: limited space. With its small diameter of less than 600 millimetres, the compact spiral elevator from Flexlink requires up to 40 percent less space. It transports products up to a height of 2.30 meters, maximizing the available production space. The compact conveyor is available in six standard configurations and can be installed in just a few hours.

The new standardized palletizing cell will also be on display at the Flexlink stand. Compared to industrial robots, the small robot requires half the space and the packing patterns can be programmed intuitively. In addition, no safety fence is required.

Production hygiene requirements are also a challenge for many customers: This is where the modular WLX stainless steel mat chain conveyor, which is 3A-certified and complies with EHEDG guidelines, provides support. It is available in various widths and can be cleaned more quickly and thoroughly thanks to its design details.

And to ensure that the production lines meet customers' individual requirements, the Flexlink design tool offers the ideal software solution for designing your own conveyor or a complete line. Work is carried out using a simple drag-and-drop function and orders are placed via a direct link to the online store. as
