All metric types are manufactured with diameters of 25, 30, 40, 45 and 50 millimetres; all inch-sized versions are available with diameters of one inch (33.7 millimetres), 11/4 inch (43 millimetres), 1½ inch (48.3 millimetres) and two inches (60 millimetres).
