Richardson is a seasoned enterprise technology executive with more than three decades of experience as a sales and operations leader. He has helped drive the rapid growth of some of the software industry's largest brands. In his new role, Richardson will lead the company's field sales teams, including global sales, commercial marketing, customer service and customer references. The current leaders of these organizations will report to Richardson.

During his distinguished career, Richardson has held business and sales leadership positions at Oracle, IBM, NCR, Novell, HP and SAP. Most recently, he served as SVP, Global Head of Sales and prior to that SVP/GM of the enterprise and cloud applications business at DXC Technologies, a global independent IT services and solutions company. In previous roles, he has proven himself as a forward-thinking leader; leading the transition to market launches, developing partner ecosystems and revamping customer value propositions to drive revenue growth.
