Suction cup extension
For oily surfaces
Piab's oval friction bellows vacuum cleaners, OBF for short, are suitable for elongated objects with curved and flat surfaces, such as those found on car body parts in the automotive industry.
The OBF40x80P family with dimensions of 40 mm × 80 mm was developed for use on oily surfaces, for example for sheet metal in forming technology. According to the company, the friction resistance of the "Friction Cup" is 2 to 4 times higher than that of comparable "conventional suction cups" due to its good adhesion to these surfaces. The new family is also suitable for height compensation.
The OBF suction cups are made from Duraflex. The material is characterized by the elasticity of rubber combined with the wear resistance of polyurethane. It leaves no marks.
