Tilt-turn clutch for flat housings
Following the acquisition of CRE Rösler, complete panel PCs, consisting of housing, support arm system and IPC, are a focal point of the PLC at Rose.
Customized solutions for automotive production, mechanical engineering as well as NUG and packaging machine construction will be presented. One of the latest products in this area is the rotary tilt coupling for flat control housings and panel PCs. It combines a tilt adapter, a flat control adapter and a swivel coupling in a single visually appealing component with a large wiring opening. The swivel tilt coupling can support loads of up to 25 kilograms, can be freely adjusted within a range of plus/minus 20 degrees and can be mounted both upright and suspended. It can also be combined with the GTH 48 easy equipment carrier system and the GTV light height adjustment system. The GTV light enables infinitely variable ergonomic adjustment of the HMI devices to suit different operators. The Commander SL 4000 control enclosure can also be connected via the device carrier systems. It is manufactured in 18 different variants with installation depths from 55 to 270 millimetres. as
