Fanless and powerful
Computer platforms used in image processing, kiosk machines, HMI panel PCs or factory automation systems often have to be very powerful.
If these CPU boards also have simple thermal management, these embedded systems are well suited for industrial use. Spectra offers the LV-67Z mini-ITX board for these applications. The Intel Core i7 Whiskey Lake-U is powerful and energy-saving. The low power dissipation (TPD) of just 15 W enables installation in compact and fanless housings without a complex cooling concept.
The LV-67Z board is equipped with two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets for up to 32 GB DDR4-2400 memory and two Intel Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports. Individual expansions can be implemented via a PCIe and an mPCIe slot with mSATA support as well as an M.2 E-Key slot for WLAN or Bluetooth modules. In addition, six COM ports, four USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports and two SATA III ports are available.
Three independent displays are connected via an HDMI port, an LVDS port and a display port. The necessary graphics performance is provided by the integrated Intel Ultra HD graphics, a technology that provides high-quality media and graphics functions for devices for displaying videos, 2D/3D graphics and interactive content. The LV-67Z also offers a wide voltage input of 9-36VDC and a wide operating temperature range of 0°C to 60°C.
