For different heights
The pallet labeler from Rea Jet can be flexibly integrated into the logistics process. It labels pallets at a standstill or in transit on one side in the conveying direction on the long side, on two sides on the long and short sides (CCG/GS1) or on three sides on the long, short and rear sides, and with the optional servomotor height adjustment also at different heights.
The size of each pallet is transmitted from the conveyor system to the module via a Profibus interface. The system is controlled via an integrated terminal with an illuminated, high-contrast LCD display. The touch panel is intuitive to operate, and Vario quick-change mandrels ensure problem-free label changes. The interface programming for data communication enables uncomplicated integration into the existing production environment and flexible connection to the ERP system from which the print data is taken. The housing protects against dust and ensures the optimum operating temperature with heating or air conditioning. as
