Marking type plates and labels in series
At Intec, Cameo Laser will be showing laser devices that can be used to mark, label and cut product parts, signs, labels and more.
With the new Epilog Fusion Edge flatbed laser and the Lotus nMeta desktop device, all metals, engineering plastics and many other materials can be processed quickly and with high precision and marked with codes, lettering, symbols, photos, data matrix or barcodes.
The Fusion Edge 12, the smallest laser in the Edge model series, has a working area of 610×305 mm and is available as aCO2 laser with an output of up to 60 W and as a 30 W fiber laser. The device has fast servo motors and the IRIS camera system. This enables users to view live images of the laser interior on the computer screen and thus position lettering, numbers, logos or graphics precisely and as desired on the material. The machine is optionally available with the Laser Draw Basic graphics software. It includes a tool for the series production of type plates and changing markings on workpieces.
The nMeta from Lotus Laser is a system with a small footprint. The marking range of the fast galvo laser is 112×112 mm. The device, which weighs just 45 kg, is available with a 20 W Q-switched or MOPA laser source. In addition to interchangeable lenses, a rotating device for marking cylindrical workpieces can also be ordered for the laser. The Lotus Mark v3.0 software is included, with which jobs can be created quickly and easily.
