Laser marking premiere

Foba presents a laser marking unit for integration into production lines. The new system was developed in collaboration with and according to the needs of integrators and the automotive industry.

Different product variants maximize flexibility in terms of marking field size, laser power and laser beam outlet angle. Exact details of the product, such as its name and technical features, have not yet been announced before the trade fair. In addition to pure marking lasers, Foba also offers compact closed marking workstations equipped with fiber or UV laser heads in the M series machines.

An optional camera system integrated into the marking head is used for automated part recognition and marking alignment. Special features of the camera-controlled marking units include the holistic "Help" marking principle and IMP (Intelligent Mark Positioning) as well as Mosaic, a function that enables highly efficient marking without part fixtures. Foba is primarily aimed at plant engineers and electronics manufacturers. Mechanical and plant engineering and the electronics industry are among the main target markets of the marking laser manufacturer, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, along with the automotive and medical technology sectors. as
