Secure traceability

The new Arex 400 laser marking system from Datalogic is a family of compact fiber lasers for high-speed marking on metal and plastic for the automotive and electronics industries.

Datalogic has now given its fiber lasers a comprehensive update. The Arex 400 has numerous new features, increased system performance and a completely revised design. The read head is smaller than before. This saves space and installation costs when integrated into automatic production lines. It also has a repeat accuracy of plus/minus 0.5 millimetres and a programmable green spot for immediately visible process feedback.

Together with the Marvis software, the laser marker becomes a complete traceability solution. It is specially designed for the integration of laser marking technology with DPM (Direct Part Marking) validation. With the Marvis graphic interface, the complete marking and readout chain can be conveniently controlled via a single input device. The software can connect all laser markers and readers from the Datalogic portfolio and supports virtually any type of marking and inspection process. as
