Individual measurement technology packages
Mader offers customized compressed air 4.0 solutions in three different packages and takes care of the installation of the sensor and measurement technology as well as the connection to the online portal. The "Predictive Maintenance" and "Analytics" packages offer services such as maintenance and remote monitoring as well as the use of the "Tableau" analytics tool.
The Leinfelden-based compressed air and pneumatics specialist now offers customized compressed air 4.0 solutions. Customers can choose between the "Condition Monitoring", "Predictive Maintenance" and "Analytics" packages. Mader takes care of the entire installation of the sensor and measurement technology as well as the connection to the "Looxr Compressed Air 4.0" online portal via "CloudPlug", which is also included in the package price. In addition to extensive functions for monitoring the compressed air system, Mader offers additional services in the "Predictive Maintenance" and "Analytics" packages, such as maintenance service and remote monitoring, as well as the use of the "Tableau" analytics tool for continuous analysis of the compressed air system. All packages can optionally be combined with the "Leakage management" service and a "Pay-per-use solution".
The entire measurement and sensor technology is connected to the portal via a "CloudPlug" and the data is transferred to the European, GDPR-compliant Looxr servers via the mobile data network. In the Looxr portal, the customer can track all measured values from the compressor and the connected sensors in real time - for example, energy consumption, volume flow, pressure dew point and system pressure. They can customize the portal according to their personal requirements, create individual dashboards, set alarm values and set up fault messages. The portal is browser-based and can be accessed via all end devices. "The special thing about the live view in the Looxr portal is that the customer sees real data at all times, i.e. real measured values - not extrapolations or theoretical values," explains Vasileios Balachtsis, responsible for innovation management.
Compressor for your pocket
This has clear advantages for the maintenance technician, says Marco Jähnig, member of the management team. "With the Mader solution, they always have their compressor, or even the entire compressed air chain if they wish, in their pocket." If self-set values, such as the operating pressure, are exceeded or not reached, the user is automatically informed so that countermeasures can be taken in good time. If the customer wants to hand over this part, there is the option of choosing the "Predictive Maintenance" package and transferring the maintenance service and remote maintenance to Mader.
Uncover potential savings
The transparent presentation of actually measured energy flows and consumption, which can sometimes deviate considerably from the theoretical values, can reveal potential savings that would otherwise remain hidden. With the third package, "Analytics", the recorded data can be analyzed even further and correlations between individual values can be visualized. Access to benchmarks allows a more in-depth analysis and assessment of the performance and efficiency of your own system.
