Robot opens cardboard box

ALS Automatic Logistic Solutions offers solutions for the logistics industry, including the linear box opening systems and extended versions of the Jill opening system - the Jill H and Jill T models.

This is the company's response to increasing demands in goods logistics and the trend towards reusing cardboard packaging. The Jill system, which previously only opened cartons on the top side using a perforation cut, has now been supplemented: the H model cuts horizontally just below the top edge of the carton and enables material-friendly opening.

The T model relies on a tape cut, which can be performed once or three times. Both models use the patented PAM blade, which opens cartons precisely without damaging the goods inside. Depending on the setting, the blade can perforate or completely cut through the carton. With a capacity of up to 500 cartons per hour, these systems offer efficiency and flexibility.
