Big Kaiser expands its range
At the request of users, Big Kaiser has expanded its range of turning tools to include new sizes and indexable inserts.
New additions include the C4 and C8 size extensions, a type F turning holder (image) and some indexable inserts.
Another new feature is the Lathe-Master for simple position adjustment. An LED light indicates to the machine operator when the tool tip touches the sensor plate of the Lathe-Master; a measuring cut is no longer required. The Lathe-Master is suitable for external, internal and face turning and is available in diameters of 15 mm and 30 mm. According to the company, the repeat accuracy is ±2 µm.
