Automation and digitalization

Of course, Hermle is bringing the Bulli/T1 to EMO - the showpiece already caused a sensation at the in-house exhibition. But there will also be real working machines on show, specifically three fully equipped automation solutions and a machining center in mill/turn design.

With the machining centers of the High-Performance Line and the Performance Line, the company is successful in industries that require precise, high-quality and long-term accurate machines. The shortage of skilled workers and the economic pressure to use automated systems is constantly increasing, which is why Hermle founded its own automation subsidiary, Hermle Systemtechnik, at an early stage. The focus at EMO is therefore on automation and digitalization. Three different solution approaches will be presented here, both for a wide range of parts and for the reliable and economical production of high-quality components.
