The safety spiral hoses prevent the cables from becoming entangled when turning or adjusting the appliance. LED lights and clear symbols on the new aluminum-look plastic housing indicate to the operator that the machine is ready for operation. Two high-quality vacuum pumps - like all other components - are integrated in the attractive housing box to protect them from dust. If one pump fails, the other pump steps in and takes over. The new lifting device series is available in other versions with lifting capacities of up to 1,200 kilograms. Thanks to the internal pumps, the device operates particularly quietly.

Simple operation
According to the manufacturer, operation is extremely simple: the main switch is turned to switch on. When the green LED on the housing lights up, a sufficient vacuum has been created and the device is ready for use. A single operator is enough to lift large, heavy metal sheets gently using the generated vacuum without any effort. The workpiece can now be fed into further processing, such as a punching or laser cutting machine. The suction plates in articulated and double-sprung design ensure a cushioned, soft positioning and lifting of the lifting device, even under load. Heavy panels can be separated effortlessly with the articulated suction plates.

Ergonomic and safe
The hot-dip galvanized crossbars as well as the suction plates themselves can be moved easily, depending on the width and length of the workpiece to be lifted. The suction plates can optionally be switched on or off via manual slide valves. The ergonomic multifunction control handle has practical control buttons for the chain hoist and the "suction/release" functions. The operating handle can be angled and telescoped. All operating functions can be reached without having to reach around, and the comfortable handle width ensures a relaxed posture for the operator. An emergency stop ensures maximum safety - the appliance is stopped immediately in an emergency.

The supple, durable seals on the suction plates can be replaced quickly, easily and cost-effectively. The clamp is loosened and the seals replaced in a few simple steps. Optional extras, suitable spare parts, crane or rail systems are available for all vacuum lifting devices. pb
