Roemheld presents an integrated concept for handling and changing forming and punching tools.
It allows tools to be stored easily, quickly and safely, transported to the press and positioned, centered and clamped on the machine table. Innovations at the stand include an electrically driven changing console for dies up to 50 t and a double-acting arch clamping element for straight clamping edges with clamping forces of up to 450 kN and mechanical locking. With integrated tool handling, coordinated components for the entire process chain can be individually combined depending on the task at hand.
The extensive range includes numerous versions. This enables efficient tool handling for almost all requirements.
