Manual gripper change system

In collaborative robotics, manually operated systems are also used in addition to fully automatic gripper changing systems. With the QC75, Gimatic has developed a collaborative manual changer that is tailored to the requirements of cobots.
Safety interlocks, for example, are monitored by sensors, the components must not have any sharp edges or gaps, interfering contours must be avoided and hanging hoses or cables are a taboo. The QC75 manual change system meets all of these requirements and works with virtually no play. The positive locking mechanism is monitored by a sensor and 24-volt signals can be transmitted. The design is rounded with five millimeter radii. There are centering bushes in the four outer corners, in which air connections for pneumatic applications have been integrated. A central through-hole provides space for electrical connections. Integrated signal transmission and an RFID sensor are also available as options. as
