Aero-Lift heavy-duty lifting devices

Lifting 60,000 kilos without effort

The Aero-Lift devices lift loads of up to 60,000 kilograms and more with ease and without damaging the material. Accuracy and precision are particularly important for turbines, pipes, aircraft or ship parts.

Even minor damage such as notches caused by grippers can affect the tightness of the material. The heavy-duty vacuum lifting devices are also always designed for double the suction force and are safe even in the event of a power failure. Several suction circuits can be controlled, which can be switched on or off depending on the panel size to be lifted. A special highlight: an emergency control panel that ensures operation of all device functions such as suction or release as well as control of the suction circuits in the event of a radio remote control failure. The devices are usually used to lift and move extremely heavy steel plates up to 20 meters long, up to three meters wide and up to seven centimetres thick. With vacuum technology, the enormous weight is no problem and the sheet metal is also protected by the suction using soft seals. as
