As electromobility grows, so does the need to deal with the maintenance, repair and recycling of the associated batteries.
Elaborate lifting devices are often used to transport the heavy batteries or their individual modules. The ball lifting pins from Erwin Halder can make handling considerably easier. They work simply - insert into existing holes, lift and remove again. Depending on the vehicle type and range, battery modules weighing up to 750 kg can be moved. The through-holes that are already present in the housings for fastening the battery or its modules can be used for the ball support pins. This means that no additional tools are required for fastening. The ball bearing bolts are suitable for connections that need to be loosened frequently.
