New challenges

Mission accomplished: Thiele leaves Schneider Electric

Ulf Thiele leaves Schneider Electric

After successfully completing his mission to take customer service in the DACH region to a top level, Thiele is leaving the company to take on new challenges outside the Group.

Ulf Thiele, who has successfully managed the Customer Care Center and Quality & Customer Satisfaction divisions since the beginning of 2014, has restructured the divisions from the ground up and doubled customer satisfaction in four years, combined with significant efficiency gains. This was made possible by the consistent alignment of all processes to customer needs and the corresponding digitalization of business processes. This approach has laid the foundation for Schneider Electric's future growth in the DACH zone, according to the Ratingen-based company.

Externally, this performance was recognized with two top ten rankings in the "Top Service Award Germany" in 2016 and 2017.

"We very much regret his decision to leave our company. We would like to expressly thank Ulf Thiele for his outstanding work over the past few years," emphasizes Dr. Barbara Frei, CEO and Zone President Schneider Electric DACH. kp
