Tobias Weiß completes management team at Hymer-Leichtmetallbau

Tobias Weiß, together with Managing Director Jörg Nagel, is now the new head of the access technology and automotive specialist Hymer-Leichtmetallbau.

The 62-year-old brings with him many years of experience in management positions in well-known companies in the motorhome industry. Tobias Weiß began his professional career in the aerospace industry. After working as a production manager in various industries, his path eventually led him to the motorhome industry. He was production manager at Carthago Reisemobilbau for five years before moving to the motorhome manufacturer Capron as plant manager in 2006, where he efficiently built up the company that is flourishing today. In 2012, he moved to Niesmann+Bischoff, where he made a significant contribution to the successful restructuring of the company as part of the management team. Tobias Weiß joined the management team at Hymer-Leichtmetallbau in November.

"I am a 'doer' who wants to make a difference and enjoys taking on new challenges. Hymer-Leichtmetallbau is already a healthy, successful and steadily growing company. But markets continue to develop, and so a company must also continue to develop in order to remain competitive in the long term. My task as Managing Director alongside Jörg Nagel will be to exploit further potential with new dynamism, to help ensure that we continue to be at the cutting edge of technology and to expand our quality leadership," says Tobias Weiß about his new role. Another focus of the new Managing Director will be personnel development, he explains: "Employees play a decisive role in the successful growth of a company. We therefore attach great importance to the continuous training and development of our employees and are always on the lookout for further qualified applicants."
