As part of the "Lean Factory Roadshow", Werma Signaltechnik is inviting managing directors, production and logistics managers as well as all lean and process managers to its own production facility from October 23 to 24, 2018.
Specialists will demonstrate the path to lean processes and greater competitiveness live and always with practical relevance on the topic of "Lean, store floor, leadership and the direct path to digitalization".
Werma Signaltechnik has been a member of the "Lean Factory Group", a network of various partners and specialists from science, research and industry, since 2014. The group's partners offer know-how, hardware and software for the successful introduction of lean structures in companies. In addition to keynote speeches, such as how to implement lean and digital strategies, participants will also learn about specific applications, products and solutions to become more competitive. A highlight of this event is the tour of the company's own production facilities, where numerous live examples will be used to explain how lean methods are implemented in production and shipping and what benefits result from this.
Participation in the "Lean Factory" event at Werma Signaltechnik is free of charge. As the number of participants is limited, registrations at www.lean-factory.com/registration will be processed in the order in which they are received.
