Sigmatek
Change at the top of the company
Two of Sigmatek's four managing directors are retiring from active company management. The Salzburg-based company is now managed by Marianne Kusejko and Alexander Melkus.
Andreas Melkus, Theodor Kusejko and Marianne Kusejko founded "Sigmatek" in 1988. The Salzburg-based company develops and produces complete system solutions for the automation of industrial machines and systems that are used worldwide.
After 33 very successful years, during which the owners have developed Sigmatek into a global player with around 500 employees with entrepreneurial foresight and commitment, Andreas Melkus and Theodor Kusejko are stepping down from active management. Now that they have reached retirement age, they are stepping down somewhat, but will continue to be available to the company with their expertise.
Marianne Kusejko, who is responsible for finance, HR and legal affairs, and Alexander Melkus, who is in charge of development, technology, production and sales, will now head up the owner-managed company. Sigmatek thus remains owner-managed and in experienced hands. "Innovative strength, customer orientation, flexibility and healthy growth are the cornerstones of our success story, which we will continue to pursue consistently together with our team of employees," said the management duo.
