Merger
Schuler Automation to be merged with Schuler Pressen
Schuler Automation GmbH & Co KG is merged with Schuler Pressen GmbH with effect from August 29, 2018.
This was decided by the Board of Management and Supervisory Board of Schuler AG as well as the other responsible bodies.
The merger is intended to further streamline the management levels within the Group and simplify the customer approach. The merger will have no direct impact on the two locations of the former Schuler Automation, Heßdorf and Gemmingen.
