Schneider Electric DACH: Daniel A. Klee takes over

From June 1, Daniel Klee will take over the position of Vice President Customer Satisfaction & Quality from Ulf Thiele, who is leaving the company at the end of May. In addition to his existing duties, he will be responsible for the Customer Care Center in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and will become a member of the Management Board.

The graduate in business informatics and business administration began his career at Schneider in 2015 as Director Customer Experience & Process Management. Klee has also been part of the management team as Director Transformation DACH since July 2017 and reports directly to Dr. Barbara Frei, CEO and Zone President Schneider Electric DACH. Before joining the energy specialist, Klee spent sixteen years in various positions at the mobile communications provider Vodafone, most recently as Head of Process House & Business Improvement in the B2B sector.
