New training center in southern Germany

Together with NemaSystems, Rockwell Automation has opened a training center in Bretzfeld near Heilbronn, thereby expanding its training offering in southern Germany. NemaSystems has been a certified Rockwell Automation Solution Partner for many years and has the highest qualification level for system integrators.

As automation technology in machines and systems becomes ever more complex, the need for qualified specialists increases. At the same time, their continuous further training is becoming a decisive factor in global competition. Rockwell Automation's official standard training courses are held in the new training center, for which up to 10 participants from different companies can register.

The topics range from motion and drive technology to software and IT training, for example on client-server systems, network technology and cyber security. Customers also have the option of booking individual customer-specific training courses that are tailored to specific requirements, applications and employee qualifications. All trainers have successfully completed the Rockwell Automation certification program, in which the necessary technical and didactic expertise is imparted in "train-the-trainer" units.

The heart of German mechanical engineering

"Rockwell Automation works with experienced and competent experts worldwide as part of the PartnerNetwork program. By combining our technology with the know-how of our solution partners and system integrators, our customers benefit from tailor-made solutions," explains Simon Möbius, System Integrators Manager Germany at Rockwell Automation.

Rockwell has deliberately chosen another training location in southern Germany. Baden-Württemberg is regarded as the heart of the German mechanical engineering industry and a large proportion of its medium-sized customers are based there. Following the opening of the Competence Center for Industry 4.0 in Karlsruhe last year and the cooperation with Heilbronn University, Rockwell is thus underlining the importance of the region for the company.
