Personnel changes on the Schaeffler Executive Board
The Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG has appointed Andreas Schick as a member of the Board of Managing Directors with effect from April 1, 2018. The 47-year-old, currently Regional CEO Asia/Pacific, will assume responsibility for Production, Logistics and Purchasing and succeed Oliver Jung (56), who did not renew his contract at his own request and will leave the company on March 31, 2018.

He has made a great contribution during this time. This applies in particular to the further development of the global network of plants and the Schaeffler Group's production system. We wish Mr. Jung all the best for the future, both personally and professionally."

In addition, the Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG has decided to extend the Executive Board contract of Corinna Schittenhelm (50), Labor Director and Chief Human Resources Officer of Schaeffler AG, for another five years.
