Personnel changes at the turn of the year
The following changes were made to the Board of Management of Robert Bosch GmbH at the turn of the year:
Rolf Najork (60) will step down from the Bosch Group's Board of Management on December 31, 2022 and leave the company. Najork joined the Bosch Group in 2016 as Chairman of the Board of Management of Bosch Rexroth AG and has been a member of the Board of Management of Robert Bosch GmbH since 2019. Dr. Markus Forschner (55) will assume responsibility for the Industrial Technology business sector, which includes the Drive and Control Technology division and ATMO - Manufacturing Tools and Services, in addition to his previous responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer.
Dr. Tanja Rückert (52), currently Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of the Bosch Group, will join the Board of Management on January 1, 2023. She will assume responsibility for the Digital Business and Services division. Tanja, who holds a doctorate in chemistry, has been with the Bosch Group since mid-2018 - she began her career at Bosch as President of the Building Technologies division.
The Supervisory Board, Board of Management and shareholders wish Tanja Rückert and Markus Forschner every success in their new roles and look forward to working with them in the future.

At the same time, Rolf Najork has driven forward the technological and regional balancing of the Industrial division, most recently with the prepared takeover of the US company HydraForce. Further changes in area of responsibility as of January 1, 2023
In addition to his role as Chairman of the Bosch Board of Management, Stefan Hartung (56) will take over responsibility for the central departments Technology Manufacturing and Quality Management from Rolf Najork.
Tanja Rückert will take over the Global Service Solutions division while retaining her previous responsibilities from the CDO division. At the same time, she will take over responsibility for the Bosch Connected Industry product division from Rolf Najork and for the Global Business Services division from Markus Forschner. Rückert will also be responsible for business in North and South America, Australia, Japan and Korea as well as for the Europe 2 region with the countries Benelux, France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.
