The participating companies came from 16 countries, with 26% coming from abroad. With around 4,500 trade visitors from 26 countries, the leading international trade fair also maintained its good level here. 21 percent of visitors came from abroad, 76 percent of them from EU countries and a further 18 percent from the rest of Europe. The strongest visitor nations after Germany this year were Austria, followed by Switzerland, France, the Czech Republic, Italy and the Netherlands.

"We are very satisfied with how parts2clean 2018 went," says Olaf Daebler, Global Director parts2clean at Deutsche Messe AG. "Many exhibitors have told us that, from their point of view, the quality of visitors has improved once again."

The 16th edition of the trade fair also made it clear that component and surface cleaning is seen as an important quality-critical production step in more and more industries and companies. This was demonstrated both by the very high trade visitor rate of 99 percent and the high level of decision-making competence.
