MVTec Innovation Day 2019
All about Machine Vision - Get your free tickets now!
MVTec Software is once again hosting its "MVTec Innovation Day" on May 14. At the "neuraum" in Munich, visitors can find out first-hand about current trends, technologies and solutions in the machine vision environment.
Users and interested parties will receive first-hand practical know-how in German-language specialist presentations. The focus will be on deep learning, process integration, automation, usability in image processing and 3D vision. New functions and technologies relating to the two products MVTec Halcon and Merlic will also be highlighted. Further information on the program and the opportunity to register (by 03.05.2019) can be found at www.xing-events.com/mvtec-innovation-day.
With insider information
The presentations will also provide a look behind the scenes at MVTec: participants will learn interesting facts about the services and the current roadmap of the specialist for standard machine vision software. The company will also provide insider insights into current development projects as well as practical tips and tricks on various technologies. Visitors can actively use the event for networking and discuss current machine vision topics with other participants.
Live demos illustrate practical scenarios
As in the previous year, there will also be some live demos: machine vision technologies such as data code reading and 3D vision will be shown using an interactive touchscreen cube. Another demo will illustrate the inspection of objects with reflective surfaces using deflectometry. In addition, a multi-platform setup will be used to demonstrate live how four embedded boards solve various tasks with Halcon and Merlic. And finally, a demo of robot-assisted inspection will show how Merlic can be used to quickly convert machines to other image processing tasks and how the processes can be integrated when changing a production line.
Free of charge to the event
There is a special offer for SCOPE readers: The event is free of charge for the first 20 participants who enter the code "scope-mvtec-promo" when registering by May 3.
