Management change at Hasco
Markus Büngers is the new CEO
Hasco Hasenclever is setting the course for the company's future technical and strategic direction with a planned change in management. Markus Büngers has been the new CEO since January 1, 2026.
On January 1, 2026, Markus Büngers took over the position of CEO at Hasco Hasenclever. He succeeds Christoph Ehrlich, who left the company in summer 2025 after many years of service. During the subsequent transition phase, Thomas Karazmann managed the company.
Markus Büngers was previously Executive Vice President Finance & Administration and in this role was involved in the company's strategic and operational issues. Over many years, he has actively shaped Hasco's global development.
Thomas Karazmann is convinced that his successor will continue to develop the company successfully. He emphasizes that Markus Büngers is the ideal candidate for the CEO position: an experienced manager with a deep understanding of Hasco, who also has extensive international management experience from previous positions in renowned industrial companies.
Markus Büngers also looks forward to his new role with confidence. He expresses his thanks for the trust placed in him and emphasizes his ambition to actively shape the future of Hasco. "The challenges are great, but so is our confidence. Hasco has enormous strength, great employees with diverse skills and a clear, shared vision. We will continue to develop our strengths consistently and diligently," says Büngers.
