Lapp: Dr. Ralf Zander is the new CFO
Dr. Ralf Zander is the new Board Member for Finance and Controlling at the Lapp Group.
"Dr. Zander has extensive international experience and understands how family businesses think and act. In him, we have found an outstanding financial expert who will continue to accompany us on our growth path," emphasizes Andreas Lapp, CEO of Lapp Holding.
Dr. Ralf Zander (44) was born in Stuttgart and completed his degree in industrial engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe, followed by an MBA in General Management at Union College in Schenectady (New York) and a part-time doctorate at the consulting firm Roland Berger. He later moved to Robert Bosch, where he took on various tasks in the areas of logistics, controlling, strategy and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently, he was Head of Finance & Controlling at Eisenmann in Böblingen with international responsibility.
