Klaus Kluger heads Central and Eastern Europe at Omron

Omron Electronics, a specialist in industrial automation, has expanded the role of Dr. Klaus Kluger, who is now General Manager of the Central and Eastern Europe regions.

Previously, Dr. Kluger held the position of Managing Director Europe at Omron Adept Technologies. Following the integration of Omron Adept Technologies into Omron, he took on his new role as General Manager Central Region in April 2017. Since May 2018, he has been General Manager Central Eastern Europe, where he is responsible for the markets of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. The decision for joint management was made due to similar market situations in Central and Eastern Europe. Both markets should benefit and be promoted.

Dr. Kluger explains what the joint region will focus on: "We believe that intelligent automation is the key to success for all medium to large manufacturing companies.
