Ziegler is the new CFO at Pia

Jürgen Ziegler was appointed Managing Director and CFO of Pia Automation as of June 1, 2018. He is thus responsible for the Finance & Controlling division of the Group.

On July 1, 2018, Jürgen Ziegler was also appointed Managing Director of Pia Automation Bad Neustadt. Jürgen Ziegler succeeds Frank Gollwitzer, the former CFO of Pia Automation Holding and Managing Director / CFO of Pia Automation Bad Neustadt. Gollwitzer has held various positions at the former IMA, Preh-IMA and most recently at Pia for almost ten years.

Ziegler studied industrial engineering at the Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences. He gained management experience in the medical and automotive industries, including at Fresenius Medical Care Germany and Audi. From 2006 to 2011, Jürgen Ziegler was responsible for Finance & Controlling and was General Manager at Magna Electronics Europe. For the last 6 years he was CFO / Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Board Changzhou (China) at Hoerbiger Drive Technology, a market leader for synchronization systems for vehicle transmissions. as
